I always prefer Shure SM58 microphones for a long time, including wireless systems. I like their typical sound and their reliability. I also use Shure for my wireless IE system.
For live gigs, I use a compact Boss effects unit; the smaller, the better. It’s incredible what technology has achieved in decades. It’s much easier to travel light.
I use Cubase for recording and a DAW with Midas (the good ones) inputs.
